4. VIEWINGS AGENDA

Time to schedule the viewings of your preferred options. We will take care of the arrangements according to your availability and we will accompany you in these visits and organise the journey according to your extra wishes, if any: from accommodation and logistics to visiting schools or sports centres. We are here for you.

5. TECHNICAL AND LEGAL SURVEYS

Once the perfect property is chosen, our technical and our legal departments will double check every detail to guarantee you make a fully informed decision without any unpleasant surprises.

6. NEGOTIATION WITH THE SELLER

As we've gathered every detail related to the chosen property, studied the current market situation of the area and developed the comparative analysis of similar recent purchases, we are ready to present our offer to the seller.

7. DEEDS

Our legal department will guide you throughout the signature at the public notary and in any previous legal contracts such as a deposit downpayment. All paperwork will be revised in depth to assure your full protection.
